The IPO Committee of the Company at their meeting held on December 20, 2021, in consultation with Axis Capital Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited and JM Financial Limited, the book running lead managers (“BRLMs”), have finalized allocation of 1,52,77,777 equity shares, to Anchor Investors at the Anchor Investor Allocation Price of ₹216/- per Equity Share (including share premium of ₹206/- per Equity Share). The CMS Info Systems IPO to open on 21 December and close on 23 December 2021. The price band is fixed at ₹205 to ₹216. CMS Info Systems IPO application minimum bid is for 69 Shares (₹14,904) and the maximum bid is 897 shares (₹193,752). The Book Running Lead Managers of the IPO are Axis Capital Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited, and JM Financial Limited.
