The company was listed on the Emerge ITP Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on November 03, 2014. The company operates in two segments, namely the restaurant business and the trading of agricultural commodities. The company owns and operates its restaurants operates through a franchise model and provides Italian pizza made with fresh ingredients. Moreover, the agricultural department has a deal in products such as wheat, rice, tomatoes, onions, and other such products.
