The Offer For Sale is being conducted to meet the minimum public shareholding of 25% as the current promoter holding is 98.04%. Dhanuka Laboratories is one of the promoters of Orchid Pharma proposed to sell 2.80 lakh shares which is around 8.04% of the total issue. Orchid Pharma shares were relisted in November 2020 after acquired by Dhanuka Laboratories. The relisting price was ₹18 as on 3 November 2020 and it started to climb up with upper circuits to ₹2680 in 15 April 2021.
