Jaypee Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2011, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Re. 0.75 per equity share of Rs. 10/-, i.e. 7.5%, aggregating Rs. 104.17 Crores (excluding the Dividend Distribution Tax of Rs. 17.30 Crores) for the year 2010-2011.
