NSE IPO – Hires Bankers for Its IPO

National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) started their IPO process last few months back and now the news came that they hired additional investment banks for their upcoming IPO. The share sale documents with markets regulator to be filed around December end.

NSE IPO will come with 20% stake sale to investors. They told in June that IPO document will be done in next January and also seek an overseas listing by April.  NSE has 86% market share in cash equities and nearly 100% share in equity derivatives. It is one of the biggest stock exchange in India.

NSE rival BSE is going to launch their IPO in coming days. Its confirm that both the exchanges are keen to list of the stock market via IPO and it will be one of the biggest IPOs of all time.

NSE IPO might come in 2017 but its not confirmed yet. They started the process for NSE IPO and it is confirm that investors will surely wait for this big IPO in next year.
