The Company was originally incorporated on February 02, 2007, as “HRH Next Services Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, their Company was converted into a Public Limited Company, and the name of the company was changed from “HRH Next Services Private Limited” to “HRH Next Services Limited” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 25, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.
