About Valencia India IPO
Valencia India Limited, founded in 2017, is a prominent business group with operations in both India and other countries. The company has established a strong presence in the real estate and construction sector, mostly working on building homes, bungalows, malls, multiplexes, commercial buildings, and office spaces. Aside from working in real estate, Valencia India is also involved in the export and import of food and non-food products.
Additionally, the company is also involved in the trading of FMCG, agricultural, and dairy products, entering the hospitality and resort business. In 2019, the company signed a 9-year lease and license agreement covering a 35,000 sq. ft. club building, villas, and related areas like restaurants, a gym, and a spa. The company includes 19 full-time employees as of May 30, 2025. Aside from offering basic services, the company also hosts many events such as pre-wedding functions, receptions, weddings, cocktail parties, family or group picnics, corporate picnics, birthday parties, and other get-togethers.
