Shyam Steel Industries files draft papers with SEBI for an IPO. The ipo consists fresh issue of 200 crore and offer for sale up to 66.70 lakh shares. Shyam Steel ipo size might be around 500 crore rupees. The company established in 1953. They are manufacturer of TMT bars and steel. They become 25 billion group after success in last six decades. The company has their manufacturing plant in West Bengal. The company manufactured TMT Rebars are earthquake proof and corrosion resistant.
