We are at the stage where we will witness the highest number of IPOs in one calendar year. In 2021 India is all set to beat the record IPOs as there are 35 more companies that are planning to launch IPOs worth ₹80,000 crore in Q3 from October to December 2021. The previous record of highest number of IPOs in a quarter was in 2017 where 36 companies raised around ₹67,000 crores.
Companies that received the SEBI’s go ahead for an IPOs are Paradeep Phosphates, Go Airlines, Ruchi Soya Industries, Arohan Financial Services, Utkarsh Small Finance, MobiKwik, SHS Enterprise, Skanray Tech, Fino Payments Bank and Fincare Small Finance. The other companies that are in the pipe line are Paytm, Aadhar Housing Finance, Star Health & Allied Insurance, Policybazaar, Emcure Pharma, Adani Wilmar, Nykaa, Vedant Fashions, CMS Infosystems, and Northern Arc.

As the market is hovering around the record-high its expected that the companies are greedy to list in the premium, that is one of the reason we will see more money will be pumped up in the primary market. As the IPOs are coming we might see some swing in the market but there is no worry as our market is going with a good pace and the market sentiment is very bullish for coming months.
As per the speculations PolicyBazaar and Nykaa is going to raise 6000 and 4000 crores via IPO in October 2021. Star Health might join the list with other names like Paytm, Mobikwik, Fino Payments Bank, Go Fashions, PizzaHut, Sapphire Foods, Adani Wilmar, Arohan Financial Services, Keventer Agro, Seven Islands Shipping, Paradeep Phosphates, Aadhar Housing Finance and more.
In this year, more than 40 companies already listed in the primary market that raised around ₹69000 crores. The companies that are doubled the investment are Paras Defence, Ami Organics, Tatva Chintan Pharma, GR Infraprojects, Clean Science, Lodha – Macrotech Developers, and Paras Defence.
