ICICI Securities incorporated in 1995 and they are leading securities firm in India. They offers financial services like broking, financial product distribution, investment banking, mutual fund investment options, QIB placements, buyback offerings, de-listings and more. Last year ICICI Lombard raised 5700 crore and ICICI Prudential Life raised 6000 crore from the market and now ICICI Securities will hit the market with ipo.
