Ather Energy IPO Listed at 2.18% Premium on NSE at ₹328 and BSE at ₹326

Ather Energy IPO listing gain is 2.18% on NSE stock opened at ₹328 and BSE at ₹326. The IPO GMP was ₹-+5 last heard.

On the last day, Ather Energy IPO was subscribed 1.50 times overall, a retail quota was 1.89x, QIB 1.76, and 0.69 for NII.    

Details About Ather Energy’s IPO 

Ather Energy got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹2,980 crores via IPO which comprises a fresh issue of ₹2,626 crores and an offer for sale up to 1,10,51,746 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each.  

Ather Energy has set up a ₹304 to ₹321 per share. In the Ather Energy IPO, 1 lot size for the minimum Retail category got 46 shares, and for the max retail category, 598 shares in 13 lot sizes maximum. 

S-HNI (Min) has a total of 644 shares in 14 lot sizes, while B-HNI(Max) has 3,128 shares in 68 lot sizes. 

To invest in the Ather Energy IPO, each investor category has specific investment amounts: 

  • Retail Investors: Minimum investment of ₹14,766. 
  • Retail investors’ (Max) investment of ₹1,91,958. 
  • Small HNI (S-HNI): Minimum investment of ₹2,06,724. 
  • Big HNI(B-HNI): maximum investment of ₹10,04,088.
