The services they offer include solid waste collection, transportation, segregation of waste, and processing and disposal services to Residential Areas, Industries, Research Institutes, Power Stations, Government & Semi Government Hospitals, and Cantonment Boards to name a few.
They provide these services in the cities like Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Having undertaken more than 24 projects to date, of which 21 are ongoing, it has a well-established track-record of being a comprehensive service provider equipped with the resources to handle large-scale projects for local bodies as well as private players. Our portfolio of 21 ongoing projects comprises 18 MSW C&T projects, and 3 MSW processing projects.
Objects of the Issue:
- Repayment of certain secured borrowings (including accrued interest and foreclosure charges, if any) in full availed by the company;
- Funding the working capital requirements, and
- General corporate purposes.
