The much awaited SAIL follow-on public offer (FPO) is likely to hit the markets by second week of June. Sail’s Chairman CS Verma told CNBC-TV18 that the company may file the red herring prospectus by the end of May itself.
Verma said, “As of now, we intend to open our FPO on June 14. The group will be meeting to take a final call on the pricing.”
