Attn Members – BRLM to the PKH Ventures Limited has informed the Exchange that due to the prevailing market conditions, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the IPO committee of the company on July 04 2023 the issuer has now decided to withdraw the issue in consultation with BRLMs and Registrar. Hence the IPO of PKH Ventures Limited will be treated as withdrawn.”

The PKH Ventures IPO minimum market lot is 100 shares with ₹14,800 application amount. The IPO is a Mainline IPO, and it will list on BSE and NSE.

PKH Ventures are in the business of construction, hospitality, and management services. They ventured into the business of Construction and Development through our subsidiary, Garuda Construction in the year 2012 with the development of the Mumbai Hotels.
