With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 09, 2010 regarding Buy Back, Piramal Healthcare Ltd has now informed that the letter of Offer for the Buyback is in the process of finalisation and shall be dispatched once the Company have received the necessary regulatory clearances. Consequently, the Company will issue a Corrigendum to the PA (“Corrigendum”) containing the revised timeline (including the Opening and Closing Dates) for the Buyback. The Corrigendum shall appear in the same newspapers in which the original PA had appeared.
