Khadim India files DRHP for Initial Public Offering (IPO)

KKhadim India, a leading retailer of footwear brands in India files an IPO papers wtih SEBI. Khadim India IPO comprises fresh issue of Rs.50 crores and sale of 65,74,093 equity shares.

The IPO size is estimated around Rs.550-560 crores. They are leading brand in with headquarter in Kolkata. They have their 829 Khadim’s branded exclusive stores in 23 states and union territory in India. They have 357 distributors networks. The purpose of the issue is to proceeds for repayments of loans and working capitals with general purpose.

Khadim was established in 1965 and after years they involved in whole-selling and distribution of branded footwear. In 1993 they started their retail business and then they become a popular in footwear brand. They started their business all over India. They have their own business in 24 states in India.
