Ruchi Soya raises ₹1290 crores from Anchor Investors ahead of FPO

Patanjali owned India’s leading FMCG brand Ruchi Soya raised ₹1290 crores from anchor investors on March 23, Wednesday before the IPO. The Ruchi Soya IPO is to open on March 24, Thursday. The company allotted a total of 19,843,153 equity shares to 46 Anchor investors at an upper price band of ₹650. The anchor investors list includes 4 Mutual Funds through a total of 24 schemes. The Issue Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2022, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers to the Issue, has approved the following with respect to the Achor Investor Portion which was open today, March 23, 2022 for subscription to 19,843,153 Equity Shares.

The Ruchi Soya FPO to open on 24 March and close on 28 March 2022. The price band is fixed at ₹615 to ₹650. Ruchi Soya IPO application minimum bid is for 21 Shares (₹13,650) and the maximum bid is 294 shares (₹191,100). The Book Running Lead Managers of the IPO are Axis Capital, ICICI Securities, IIFL Securities, and SBI Capital Markets Limited.
