Primary market witnessed no IPO months in 2020 as the Pandemic was hit the market hard from March to June. The fund raising was a question but Indian stock market bounced back superbly and hitting the highs in late 2020 and early 2021. Total 16 IPOs hit the market in 2020 but most of them in the second half of 2020. As per the market speculations there will be around 15 IPOs to hit the market in 2021. The companies like IRFC, Kalyan Jewellers, Suryoday Small Finance Bank, ESAF Small Finance Bank, Indigo Paints, Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, Barbeque Nation, Home First Finance Company and Railtel will hit the market soon. There are more companies line up in the list but these might be the confirmed list. As soon as SEBI will clear other names we will have more companies that will come up with initial public offer.
