ICICI Lombard IPO Dates, Price Band, Market Lot Details

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company is coming up with an IPO from 15th September. Fairfax Financial Holdings and ICICI Bank are jointly ventured ICICI Lombard General Insurance Comporation Limited. The purpose of the IPO is to monetise their stake and they want to divest the same in the market. They are one of the bigger players in the insurance market with over 8% in general insurance sector. The company has around Rs. 17-19000 crore valuations. The IPO looks attractive but one should check the ipo price band and the grey market premium as well.
